Returns Policy

If your order isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from receipt to return it for a refund. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If it’s in its original condition and shows no signs of use, we’ll proceed with your refund. If the return does not pass inspection (e.g. worn, damaged, or not in original condition), your request may be rejected. In that case, we’ll contact you to discuss options such as a store credit, partial refund, or returning the item to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if we've made a mistake with your order, please email us with a description of the issue and any relevant images. We’ll be more than happy to create a free return label for you and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.



How to Return or Exchange

UK Customers:

International Customers:

Our Returns Portal is currently only available for UK customers. If you are outside of the UK, please return your item using a postal service of your choice to:

IMPORTANT NOTE
:

Please include a note in your parcel with your name, order number, and reason for return.
If you are requesting an exchange, clearly state the item and size you would like.
Without this information, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.




Refund Policy

Once your return passes inspection, we’ll process your refund and send you a confirmation email. Funds usually appear back in your original payment method within 5–7 working days, though it can often be quicker.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank as they may still be processing it. If you’re still without your refund, please drop us an email and we’ll be happy to help.



Exchanges

Need a Different Size or Item?

Need a different size or item? You can now request an exchange through our returns process.

UK customers can select an exchange directly via the returns portal.
International customers should include their exchange request inside their return parcel.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
